I had a contract with Sr. Jorge Gustavo for AFORE & INFONAVIT recovery. The service rate calculation was clear, and even if I had some doubt, he explained further to clarify the logic. Also, as a foreigner in Mexico, I had no clue about the process and action for the recovery, but it was clearly explained by him what are the steps, what kind of meeting we have with AFORE representatives, the expected lead-time for recovery, and such in the timely manner.
